Keto is made super easy if you are trying to be healthy. Even if you forget to end or begin your fast if you are confident in when you started/ended it let’s you edit the times so you can stay in track! I used this app extensively while I was doing keto. Then after I stopped, I tried switching to MyFitnessPal, and I found that it was almost unusable - covered in ads, and missing some basic functionality I've come to expect from a nutrition app. I switched back to My Keto Coach and I’m loving it! The pre-specified gradations of foods are super super useful, for example instead of saying "3 oz of cheese" I can just select "1 cracker size slice". This is ESSENTIAL for estimating nutritional content of meals you eat out! I'm shocked that more apps aren't doing this. Thanks again for the great app!

Yes, this program is great for both beginners and advanced. Don't worry, once you log into the platform, we will provide you with extensive and easily consumable courses on Keto to get you up to speed. You will be able to plan your meals the way you want it and finally stick to the course which you will feel suits you best and gets you the results you want.

How much weight will I lose with keto diet?

Everyone's body is different, which means the weight loss rate for each person is different too. For example, someone with a slow metabolism, who doesn't exercise enough will take longer to see weight loss compared to someone with a normal metabolism who exercises four to five times a week along with intermittent fasting. It depends on your lifestyle and commitment. If you add exercise and eat healthy food, then the results will be more visible in a shorter period of time.

Is keto diet safe?

A keto diet is usually very safe. However, in the following three situations you may need extra preparation or consultation with your doctor:
- Are you on medication for diabetes (e.g., insulin)?
- Are you on medication for high blood pressure?
- Are you breastfeeding?
